EQUIPMENT DESIGN AND MANUFACTURING

Over 30 years of experience with a water-centred management.
With over 5,000 m2 of workshop space and a highly qualified team focused on industrial engineering, we are able to make a great variety of customized projects.
The following are examples of what we can do:

TCM and TCMP treatment water plants

Portable water treatment plants for surface waters (river, lake, dam) or underground waters (spring, well) for collection of drinkable water for human use under WHO standards. Autonomous, automated operation. Reduced power consumption. Able to treat collected water with high turbidity and containing suspended solids by integrating flocculation, settling and filtration.

Compact Treatment Plants (TCM)

Compact units which house in one block all the procedures (quick mix, flocculation, settling, filtration, pre and post chlorination). They respond to the need to have a water treatment system, usually for surface waters, that may be quickly installed and that requires a comparatively lower investment with respect to other traditional solutions. They were built with roller steel sections and S-235-JR carbon steel plates. Interior treatment. Grit blasting and food grade epoxy paint. Exterior treatment. Grit blasting and aliphatic polyurethane enamel.

Modular Compact Treatment Plants (TCMP)

This equipment has been designed with an approved structure so that they can be easily transported as if they were 20 and 40 feet DRY-VAN containers, which reduces transportation and installation costs. They respond to the need to have a water treatment system, usually for surface waters, that may be quickly installed and that requires a comparatively lower investment with respect to other traditional solutions. Its modular design means that it is possible to increase its treatment capacity by making a parallel installation. The plants have been fully designed for automated operation. This means that they are equipped with pumps for filter washing, the necessary pneumatic valves as well as the corresponding control and protection unit.

Stand-alone power systems

This equipment combines wind, photovoltaic, power units and accumulator batteries so that power fluctuations can be compensated, thus reducing in about 80% the need for significant power storage compared with conventional systems.
filtros-2

Vertical Pressure Filters (FTV/FTV+)

This equipment has been specially designed for water treatment and purification. Equipped with filtering materials whose granulometry and density are selected according to the characteristics of the water being treated. The FTV / FTV + Filters are made of S-235-JR carbon steel plate, with curved ferrule and Korbbogen—type, semi-elliptical bottom under ASME design, Section VIII.

Activated charcoal closed filters

Multilayer granular filter for drinkable water treatment. Pressure-operated, horizontal and vertical geometry, pressure-operated. Automation system for filtering operations and automatic washing. This equipment has been specially designed for water treatment and purification. The FTVC / FTVC+ filters are made using S-235-JR carbon steel plates, with curved ferrule and Korbbogen—type, semi-elliptical bottom under ASME design, Section VIII. Metal parts are made of AISI 304 stainless steel. Equipped with granular activated charcoal.
silos

Cylindrical and Square Sludge Silos (SFC/SFP)

They are used in medium and large-sized wastewater treatment plants for the storage of dehydrated sludge. The silo, depending on the model, consists of a cylindrical or cuboid container, a discharge hopper, footbridges with handrails and service staircases.

Conveyor belts

Robust industrial machinery for the transportation of bulk solids adapted to the specific requirements of Urban Solid Waste, available in light and heavy-duty versions for different densities of the bulk solids transported. Security accommodations, anti-entrapment devices, splash guard, protection against the action of atmospheric agents, leading to a reliable, automated operation.
